Level Field CDC was created to address the imbalances in our society and offer a field where we cultivate the potential trapped in our communities. Our world cannot afford to waste this opportunity. Every person is born with a right to stable and safe shelter, excellent education opportunities and the promise that the world can be a better place for themselves and his/her community. These fields – housing, education and ecological resiliency – are the foundation for Level Field CDC.

RUPAL ENGINEER
Board President
Rupal is the owner of and principal Architect at Design Plus, LLC. and has over 30 years of experience as a practicing Architect. Design Plus provides professional services focused on planning, architectural design, interior and graphic design throughout New Mexico and across the western United States. The scope of projects focuses primarily on multi-family housing, public and privately funded projects for education and healthcare research. Design Plus upholds a tradition of quality-driven and sustainable design practice for residential, commercial and institutional clients. Currently, Design Plus is an all-women practice.
AMY DICKERSON
Secretary and Treasurer
Ms. Dickerson has specialized in banking and affordable housing for over 30 years including 17 years of real estate and affordable housing. She is responsible for Investor Relations, Originations, Project Management, Asset Management, Funds Management, and Marketing. Prior to joining HCP, Ms. Dickerson was the Vice President of Investor Relations for a nationally recognized non-profit tax credit syndication responsible for the firms multi-investor and single-investor syndication platforms. Ms. Dickerson's previous experience includes responsibilities in LIHTC underwriting, syndication and development as well as finance, training, human resources, real estate and operations while in banking. She is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and has a bachelor's degree in finance from Western Michigan University.
CHAD RENNAKER
Principal Officer
Chad is the founder and CEO of Palindrome, a development firm recognized for re-energizing neighborhoods through thoughtful, community-driven design. Each project reflects his belief that development should not only deliver quality design but also enhance people’s lives by strengthening the fabric of the community. Raised in poverty and shaped by the public school system, Chad worked his way from community college through graduate school. This experience grounded his belief that everyone deserves access to higher education regardless of socioeconomic status. His commitment to community extends beyond real estate into sustainable practices, including agricultural ventures, commercial waste management, recycling, and composting.
